Moving Again....

April 12th, 2017

We are in the month of April of the year 2017.
In less than a week we will be moving to a new location.
We have loved this place south of Huntsville, Missouri.
The location was perfect. We were close to many little towns
but still living on a pretty secluded place. While others have
discovered our quiet and beautiful location and have moved
in near us, it has come to our attention another quiet and
beautiful place located above the Lamine River, very near
the Missouri River. Soon our address will be Boonville,
Missouri instead of Huntsville. We are looking forward to
walking out our back door to fish whenever we desire or
just sitting on our back porch enjoying the view. And of
course capturing many photos while living there.

The Last Days of 2015

December 17th, 2015

I guess a couple of years of past since I last wrote. We have been busy. We have visited many towns with their celebrations and towns that maybe had nothing going on when we past through, but we enjoyed passing through them seeing what their everyday lives are about. We've seen a few new stores open and few stores close for whatever reason. But chances are we have taken photos capturing that day. We have met new friends and hopefully have kept our old friends as well.
We still live in Huntsville, Missouri at the same place we moved to in Feb. 2013. We love the beauty we are allowed to see every day at this place.
Not to mention all the history and beauty everywhere we go in this state of Missouri.
I will also mention how lucky I am to have won a staff award again at View Bug this year. What a great surprise to win Staff Winter Selection 2015 this year and last year, 2014, a staff Brilliant Award. Thanks everyone for voting for me!
Until next year, 2016, may you be warm and happy,

A Happy Wonderful Time in December 2013

December 14th, 2013

Today we wake up to snow on the ground. Yesterday it rained and roads got slick and accidents happened. I always dread the cold, snow, and ice. But after I have to live in it for awhile, I start to accept it. Never the less, it really is a pretty time of the year. Finally I can hope to get some projects done in the house knowing there's not a lot of work that can be done outside. Our outside cats are a worry to us. We can never do enough to help them get through the winter. In our eyes, they are the best cats in the world. Here is hoping you have a Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year or whatever faith you belong to, A Happy Wonderful Time In December 2013.

Rainy Days

Rainy Days

It is still April and we are still having alot of rainy days. But we are grateful for the rain that we get in our area, after the long dry season we had last year. It causes hardship, but no rain is no fun either. The flowers are growing and we wait with anticipation to see their colors when they bloom. The month of May will soon be here with a blink of an eye. Here's hoping that your spring season will be a blessed one.
Sincerely,

Living in the Huntsville, Missouri area .....

Living in the Huntsville, Missouri area .....

Since living here, we have had rain, heavy snowstorms, and fantastic spring weather. The photo shown is a sunrise putting various hues of colors on a field across the road where we live. The moon was still shining. Beautiful! You had to be there to appreciate it. I do love the early mornings. This area we live in has been interesting and has shown us new buildings, landscapes, towns, all to be explored as time will permit.

Welcome

February 11th, 2013

Welcome to our life as photographers! We are Anthony and Kathy Cornett, soon to be residents of Huntsville, Missouri. This is the first blog I have ever written, so bear with me. This is a new experience, but I intend to post fairly often letting you know what we've been up to. Right now, it's back to work, packing and moving.
May you enjoy our photos in our gallery with Fine Art America.
